BIOSIGNOVERSAL AGE BY SHRIDHAR TILVE

Now we have entered in the FIFTH YUG CHINHASRUSHTIY YUG which  is the YUG of BIOSIGNOVERSE.                         Before EXPLORING the networking potentialities of BIOSIGNOVERSAL network let us ask the first question.
                        Why should we bother  about biosignoverse  so intensly right now?
                        The answer is very clear for me .  When post vishiyata was experimenting with the internal migration & internal mixing of  O.B.C. , B.C. ,S.C. ,S.T. in India 'prechnyiyata' in EUROPE was experimenting with the external & mixing migration of higher class in abroad. The external phenomenon was creating the new  global class of Indians. First time in the history of India the home of rule phase find the nonresidential audience for its first level addressing which listens its tastes, address, watch its movie & trying to understand.
                        This new Posthomerulee movement & market both have entered in India & there is lot of suffering, surfing & enthusiasm about it. Market and Posthomerule both are supporting the postmodernism & yet they are fighting with each other.Biosignoverse has provided speed for this connectivity and it is influencing life from outside INDIA. After liberation INDIA has accepted BIOSIGNOVERSITY as new age phenomenon and it has changed Indian Society forever .To understand this phenomenon we have to study postmodern ethos as well as Biosignoverse.

When I launched the new literary movement chauthi navta in 1992 against postmodernism nobody took it seriously in Marathi but suddenly after some time  everybody started talking about it in our literature field. The movement contexted  the CHINHASRUSHTIY YUG or YUG of  biosignoverse and rebel against postmodernism . What's biosignoverse ? BIOSIGNOVERSE is the network of semioditing. Semioditing is the Kriya which involves signing,digitaling,programming , texting and simulating. Before the yug of biosignoverse  signing and texting were unavoidable part of community and in European countries it has reached in semiospheric height but they were active as Nonsemioditic analogus entity. But in biosignoverse commodity is replaced by semiodity, production is replaced by prosemioduction in form of digital form  made up of first form of spandas i e bytes and bits  (the phenomenon where programme is unavoidable part of commodity which transfers the commodity into semiodity). Semiodity is the programmed commodity which not only represents the production but semioduction also where programming handles the action related with commodity through programme-handler. For example this hall or place is commodity but if somebody programme its every aspect i.e. the door , the window etc.  & create remote control  by human hand it will turn into semoidity
Why I was bothering about these questions so intensly at that time?
                        The answer was very clear for me. Nativism sponsered by  Bhalchandra Nemade in local area and both Posthomerulee movement & market in gloabal network have entered in India & there is lot of suffering, surfing & enthusiasm about them. Market and Posthomerule both are supporting the postmodernism  & yet they are fighting with each other and to counter them native movement with hindutwawadi agenda was emerging before me. For me traditional nativism was not the solution for new age problem .Before discussing the networking potentialities of biosignoversal  network let us ask the last question.The SRUSHTIY YUG had created the ideology which helped us to create out Indian national identity. But for new chinhasrutiya YUG we have to create continentology  as special branch which will create continental identity. For ASIA we need to create Asiology which will create ASIAN identity.  Last fifteen years Europe is trying to create its identity as a continent Europology  is not yet established but one day it will be created & creation of Euro is a revolutionary step towards it.
                                    For asian Identity we have to solve our linguistic problem atleast on asian level. In PrastuSRUSHTIY YUG English language was established as our national margi language. It not only displaced the other margis like Sanskrit & Persian but also paved the way for Hindustani as fourth margi. Hindustani is our CHINHASRUSHTIY margi mainly created by bollywood & T.V channels It has not ability to displace English. So in contemporary scenerio  INGLISH ( NOT ENGLISH) will be another MARGI.  So, in REALITY  we are travelling with two margis.  This bilingual margiyata is paving way  for mixed margi i.e.hinglish. so, in fact we are travelling with three margi & this trilingual margiyata is bound to create many linguistic problems. Hindustani has every potential to become continental language of ASIA. These three margis are providing substance. For every paradigms we must remember that every Indian paradigms must be nourished by deshi, poti & jamatiya substance. For asiology we must be nourished by the margis, deshi, poti &  Jamatiy substance of each ASIAN nation. It is not easy to create ASIAN values.  Dr. Amartya Sen has discussed complexities & difficulties in his essay, “our culture their culture  (the argumentive  Indian – Amartya sen Penguin books pages 134-138) & pointed out that
''In our heterogeneity & in our openness lies our pride, not  our disgrace.''
                 No doubt openness is necessary but we must be cautionary about this openness because many time our too much openness can open the door for our disgrace. 
                        Unfortunately instead of ASIALOGY after an adavancement  of  CHINHASRUSHTIY YUG many Indian thinkers started to import EUROPEAN paradigms blindly to study its content & structure. I wrote a poem in 1990 much before this import and published it in Saushthav Feb 1993 issue.  The title was  “post-post-post”.  It is related with all so called phenomenon like post modernism, post colonialism etc etc. I am translating it here for readers.

It was foretelling but unfortunately nobody in Marathi literature & civilization understood   POMO's villainish negativity. Ethos of postmodernity entered with its new post modern paradigms & now Marathi senerio is possessed by post modern paradigms. Why I am so against postmodernism? Let's start from  Jeans Francois Lyotard the man who is responsible for an advancement of postmodern paradigms in European philosophy .             Every human being has nine nayas & their networking function as human being in cosmos. It's really difficult to translate the concept of hay in English. It's around the meaning of principles all individual paradigms are the paradigms of these nine nayas. I am presenting these nine nayas table. The chinhasrushiya YUG is transforming the all PreatiSRUSHTIY Jeevanprabandhan into Jeevan networks. The liquidity of jeevanprabandhan is transforming itself into gaseousity of jeevan networks. Every individual is turning into either cloud or amoeba. In this atmosphere we are passing through the post post industrial ethos which has created new encounter with EUROPEAN. In SRUSHTIY AND PRATISRUSHTIY YUG the victory of British over us compelled us to rethink & now advancement of globalisation and postmodernism  is compelling us to ask some questions about everything

These  questions are
1)         What part of EUROPEAN paradigms should we put our Indian paradigms?
2)        What can we leave out & what can we carry out with us of their existence ?
3)        Would we rather back to our PRATISRUSHTIY jeevanprabandhan or SRUSHTIY jeevandhara or vishwaya jeevandarshans?
4)        Can we conduct our own orchestra of paradigms & use EUROPEAN musicians only for special second effects?

For me third question will not solve any problem.
Some people are going back to jeevandhara or jeevanprabandhan or darshan. But it will not help us. So it's better to ask first two question in initial phase.
                        If we want answer to this questions we have to go through some postmodern paradigms.

If we carefully study the logic behind the report on knowledge discoursed in the book entitled. “The postmodern condition: A report on knowledge written by Lyotard (see Lyotard Jeans Francois 1984 the postmodern condition : A report on knowledge Tran G. Bennington & B. Massumi Manchester, Manchester university press) we will find that it is helping both Posthomerule as well as Market as both are travelling without any idea of destination neither knowing what good society means for them nor sure about their vehicle and it's nature whether it's real or hyperreal and interestingly both are supported by same philosophy which doesn't know what philosophy means for it.

                        Lyotard attacked on science in this discourse but he was not the pioneer. Before him Paul K. Feyerabend attacked science in his book “Against Method”. He says,
“Archaism perhaps not the most attractive political philosophy but it is certainly excellent medicine for epistemology and for the philosophy of science”(page 17)

            ''Thus science is the much closer to myth than a scientific philosophy is prepared to admit. It is one of the many forms of thought that have been developed by man and not necessarily best. It is conspicuous, noisy and impudent but it is inherently superior only for those who have already decided in favour of a certain ideology, or who have accepted it without having ever examined its advantages and limits. And as the accepting and rejecting of ideologies should be left to the individual it follows that the separation of state and church must be supplemented by the separation of state & science, that most recent, most aggressive and most dogmatic religious institution. Such a separation may be our only chance to achieve a humanity we are capable of, but have never fully realized.''

This anarchistic view is contraty to the view of philosophers who advocated science ‘as a model of all human knowledge’ applicable universally to whole mankind . Isaiah Berlin point out that
“The 18th century is perhaps the last period in the history of western Europe when human omniscience was thought to be an attainable goal. (Isaiah Berlin: The age of enlightenment page 14 A mentor book 1956).
                    According to Lyotard the human omniscience &  its goal seems unavoidable. The myths legitamize themselves- make themselves believable just in the telling. Scientist also legitimatise themselves just in the telling but they have different kind of language game.  Science cannot depend upon science and to legitimatise itself it must turn to narratives. Generally it depends on two other narrative the first is political the second philosophical. These two narratives legitimatise that science & reason will bring the progress & freedom. But after second world war people no longer believes as they used science to establish their power over others. A quantum physics led us to believe that electrons can travel two different paths through space simultaneously or pass from one orbit to another without crossing the space in between. Science have abandon its claim for decidable truth and seeks to legitimatise itself though performativity. So science is no longer concerned with truth. But it's success lies in it's permormativity. This changed position of science gets down the grandnarrative of science created by enlightenment & convert it into only one of many ideologies.
This stance clear cut help the Jihad of Neo Homerulism. If science is not giving truth then one can seek final truth in his faith without giving any reason. Naturally the theory of evolution can be displaced by theory of creation in schools. All non europeon countries accept the superiority of Europeon nation because they really think that science is superior and as Europeon are owner of it they have every right to dominate non-europeon nations. Now they no more need to accept this theory. As Lyotard says in postmodern society (societies) many micronarratives are jammed together and  this carnival of narratives replace the monolithic presence of one metanarrative. The only problem which he could not see is the problem of Jihad proclaimed by all micronarratives to survive their rational and irrational faith against meganarraitives. After cold war the void is filled in by a kind of storytelling that doesn’t seek to legitimatise their act by postmodern logic.
                        I find this situation sometime pathetic because first Europeon came & taught us to believe the science as a metanarrative of truth & we believed it. Now they are teaching us to doubt it and treat it as mere one of many ideologies and without doubting and raising question we are accepting it . In both situation we are behaving like headless creature. It is really tragic & shows the poverty of originality.

                         
The same discourse by Lyotard is helping the market as Lyolard not only gets down the grandnarrative of science but the major metanarratives like philosophies of Marx & Hegel created by the enlightenment which believes the liberation of humanity & the attainment of a pure self conscious spirit the Unity of all knowledge . Lyotard did mention the narration of Christan salvation as meganarrative.
                        It’s really ironical to see that the enlightenment project which dreamed to emancipate whole humankind from the traditional chain is enchained itself by a discourse emancipating the every megastructure from its universal programme of progress.

It is because the market unconsciously rule the discourse of postmodernism? Or is it the character feature of chinhasrushtiya/ bio-signoversal yug itself ?

                                  Every market wants to keep costumers bodies alive & if death of them are announced it ultimetly results into death of customer. Market dosen’t want it.

                                   The death of emotion or bliss is not articulated because the phenomenon of market economy is constantly playing with the emotions of the customers & assuring them bliss & more bliss though seductions. Death of bliss or emotion means death of market itself . market dosen’t want it .

          
                                   The death of action is not proclaimed because interconnectivity among human bodies is the foundation of any market network & if death of action is happened the death of interconnectivity will follow it & situation ultimetly results into chaos in market. Market dosen’t want it.
                                  The most astonishing feature is the ‘’death of nation’’ paradigm . it’s not announced The death of nation should be also announced & and it is really surprising  that it;s not announced . Logically  globalization is the main spacial process happening all over glob and death of nation will help it.  Yet nobody is announcing it. It means still Euroamerican  feel the necessity of the nation. It is really interesting to see that they are constantly fighting against the pan Islamic terrorism which doesn’t believe nation theory. For them the nation must be dead  & all muslim should be United. Probably to save their EUROPEAN & American civilization from terrorism they still feel the necessity of nation.
                     The death of ideology is necessary because it clearly shows the victory of democracy over other cracy and victory of capitalisms over communism.

 The death of subject is necessary because subject can become sakshi or enlightened person which will make him aware about morality & ethics & it is dangerous to be awakened for market.
The death of Author is also advocated because after that death product can be cut off from its creator and all text whether of humanities or science or arts can  turn easily into the semiodity.

 The death of history is necessary because market works only on the base of contemporariness. The present tense is the tense of market.
      All these death paradigms are helping market to produce consumer culture everywhere. If we carefully observe the phenomenon we find that only  those deaths are marketed which are useful to market. All these deaths are selling like hot brands and an auction carnivals of intellectuals are running like seductive films.
            It doesn’t mean that market has created the postmodernism. What I want to say is the paraworldal  pratisrushtiyta  created the market & for an analysis of the market thinkers like M. Kohler, Michel Benamexi, Charles Caramello, Ihab Hassan coined the postmodern logic in their initial work. For example,
As I said earlier in pratisrushtiya network the specialist musicians were important to create the orchestration in studio & linear recording was the phenomenon. Previous month I myself recorded the jingle. In this recording the linear recording was displaced by recording in discontinuities with the advanced semiotic machinery .Now we can record last line first time then 4th line and then  2nd line . The orchestration was created with the help of computer & musicians were displaced by programmed music. It's really interesting to note that while editing the music 'We' were not emphasing the actual sound but giving primary importance to virtual diagrams of sound. We can call this sound as virtual sound expressed in digital signs. This phenomenon is definitely changing the music scenario & A.R. Reheman is the only music director who is creatively using this virtual sound (we no more call music as music we use the word ‘sound’ for music)  I call this process ‘The semioduction’ where semiodities are used to create the semiodity (of music) & programme is induced in commodity making it semiodity.

                            This semioduction has changed the structure of market as well as ethos of Jihad. Like music the human being were also semioducted by terrorists sponsered by Home Rule organisation for Jihad & they get transformed into ‘semiodity’ i.e. Human Bomb (National geographic channel has created many documentaries like suicide web on this issues & transmitted them in Dec. 2006 in terrorism special series). The celebrity status after becoming Hutatma & their transmission on channel is one of the fascinating reasons for becoming Human Bomb. In srushtiya yug human bomb was impossible for e.g. In 1605, during the reign of James I, a plot was hatched for the blowing up of house of Lords with the king, Lord and Bishop assembled there following James’s announcement that he would never grand toleration to the Roman Catholics guy Fawkes (can we call him christen Jihadi) undertook to fire the gun power concealed underneath the building, but on the night of 4 Nov 1604 , it was discovered with box of matches and a dark lanterm in the cellars. He & seven others were executed on scaffold.

                        Now question arise why Islam & all other native groups are raising Jihad? Why the Burqua is suddenly surfaced as life or death issue? Four kind of discourse are functioning behind the Jihad of Posthomerulism.
1)        Dream body discourse
2)        Sub body discourse
3)        Body discourse
4)        Hyper body discourse
Like home rule mode in srushtiya network this Neo-home-rule mode of Islam & other native culture is also biaddressing through its act. An attack on twin towers was not only addressing to Islam but Euro America also & this time Euro America couldn’t afford to unlisten it. All those above discourses are biaddressual discourses.

            The dream body discourse is the discourse of unconscious fuctions in the dreambody in context of society. It is the dream as well as reality.
            The possibility of death is always everywhere as death can touch you at any moment without giving any symbolic warning. The fear that death is possible without giving any information search the probability of death everywhere. The probability of death in exchange of rational modernity is the unconscious trauma always playing the symbolic cards in Islam. “Islam is in danger” or “The language or culture is in danger” are slogans created by this card . It is the cry of wounded civilization which once ruled this world in srushtiya yug. Today you are either in limelight or in darkness of death & unconsciously Jihad is only option left for many Neohomerulist organisations to keep themselves alive in the limelight which they are choosing in dream rule position. The heavy & mass dominated society crushes under its gravitational force of traditional text & textual tradition collecting its fragments through Jihad which many time function as an escape in short jump. It’s attempt to revive the history which is enrooted in one’s self is the keynote notion of this scream of terror.

Here the discourse expresses what’s repressed. The fear, the panic, the terror are strong uraniumic feelings & passion to fight for whole, on behalf of whole can be activated by any imaginative alarm.
                     In the dream body discourse nothing is in  place lies disorder out of fear which has the desire but aimless. The subbody discourse is addicted to establishment order without realising the change in the & outside the body deconstructing the possibilities of adaption ability. For it, what they are doing is logical & in long team help welfare of their own body.

                        The anti modern sub-body discourse in Jihad is expressed on their own culture through numerous events. The life of modern social reformer Mr. Hameed Dalwai is a sad story of tragic end where he was completely alienated by his contemporary KAUMI log. His appeal to modernise the Islam went in vain in Maharashtra. Turkastan, the main forte of modernist is still secular but could not even become a charter member of ICO because of the commitment to secularism in its constitution.
                        In Pakistan, Fajlool Rehman  brought an analysis on decay of Islam in front of Islamism in his book “Islam And Modernity” but instead of discussing the discourse he was compelled by fundamentalist to leave the country. Nus Hameed Abu Zaid was also expelled by his country for new analysis of Koran in Egypt. I myself was attacked by Hindu fundamentalist when I wrote a poem “Bandhakam chalu aahe” in  which I told that the Vittal is no more central deity of Maharashtra & Saibaba has replaced the Vittal. It is easy to point the finger  to America (the foreign hand) but it will not solve our problematics. The sub-body discourse “to fear the change” emerge from the cracking the mirror cells of communication on culture body. To understand this phenomenon we have to understand the ASD(Autism spectrum disorder).
                        Leo Kaner & Hans Asperger discovered the disease ‘Autism’ where patient is so narcissied by Autos (self) that he can’t mix up effectively in society. (Autism spectrum disorder) Dr. V.S. Ramchandran has explained this phenomenon. In 1995-96 scientists have discovered the mirrorcells in our brain. The feeling about ‘other’/ the communication with ‘other’ are the capacities created by these mirrorcells. By various experiments, Dr. Ramchandran proves that in the patient of Autism these mirrorcells are either blocked/choked or disappeared.
                        Same phenomenon can happen in cultural or social body where mirrorcells of particular society or cultural are blocked/ disappeared & like patient of autism these bodies started to negate the capacity to feel for other or capacity to learn the other language or an ability to imitate ‘other’. This Social Autism spectrum disorder (SASD) alienate the society to such an extent that the ‘change’ becomes the ‘other’ for them. Islam is almost on the verge of this SASD but I think this grate culture has ability to avoid it. Right now this SASD is functioning as sub-real discourse for some Neohomerulism. It doesn’t mean that all Neohomeruliest societies and cultures are facing SASD. Some bodies genuinely want to invent their own paradigm. So that they can establish new social spectrum order (SSD) in their own body.
                        It’s really difficult to study the body discourse as it’s complex & problematic to define body in sense of body as body is no more body in this atmosphere. But yet real is functioning today not as grandnarrative but as a micronarrative discourse.
                        There are three types of body discourse behind the Jihad of neohomerulsm as a micronarrative discourse.
1)        Brahmani related with wishwiyata
2)        Kshetriya related with srushtiyata
3)        Modern related with pratisrushtiyata
In the history of Jihad 1857 is the most important year as first time above mentioned three discourse occasioned in each other with their acidic temperament in the form of mutiny. Munity & the word ‘Jihad’ is very frequently used in Delhi by Muslims against modern white Europeon. No Briton officer lived without fear of Indians after March 29,1857 & like 9/11 attack on twin tower it snatched safe heaven of safety from Europeons forever. Now ‘they can be killed’ & this notion of possibility terriorised them.
                        Like Osama Bin Laden (who was working for America in Afghnistan & rebelled later)  over 1,00,000 trained Indians soldier upraised against their employers the English East India company. Like George Bush & America Britons retaliated & literally “peppered the niggers” & like Afghanis more than 1 million people bulleted to death without discriminating the civil & military people. The white thought that as “they had modern maxim gun & Indians didn’t, they are safe” before this mutiny but after 1857 they tried to disarm every Indian just like Bush who is trying to denuclearise & deweaponised other nations.
                        The cause was provided by brahmani whishwiya religious body discourse. The sepoys came to know that the grease used in the cartridge is produced from cow & pig lard. It was sacrilege for Hindus and abomination for the Muslims. It infuriated the religious sentiments & rebel happened.
                        The position of Indian kshetriyata was similar to Afghani kshetriyata as there was no central leader & every kshetra was behaving like Kabila scattered in many regions without regulatory control. This anarchy & fragmentation in kshetriya discourse was chaotic similar to contemporary situation in Iraq & Afghanistan. Too many interest groups, too many leaders & too many power desires constantly decentralising integration. After the defeat of Muslim emperor the domination of Muslims over Hindu was over & they were replaced by British. It is interesting to note that micronarrative of sepoy muity, micronarrative of princely state, micronarrative of peasant uprising in the Doab & Awadh were uprising against British & they all demanded Home rule. We can safely say that it was first avtar of Homerulism where many indigenous & native discourses stood against the Market. The modern discourse in this munity was structured by east India company which was interested only in commerce & profit. It wanted to regulate the raw material & natural resources in India from England sent in the white troops in India with modern weapons to set up new army collaborating British soldier with indigenous vernacular Indian soldiers in same discoursestyle Same style is functioning for America who wants to regulated the ‘OIL’
                        Now one can ask the question why America is so obsessive with oil?
                        The cold war between Russia & USA is responsible for it. The capitalism and communism were the two faces of coin of modernity & both were trying to reach everywhere through their ideologies they keep surveillance on each  other’s production machinery. In post cold war period also the role of oil played it’s part very well. As samual P. Huntington point out, “the Gulf war was the first post cold war resourse war between civilizations. At stake war where the bulk of the world’s largest oil reserves would be controlled by Saudi & emirate government dependent on western military power for their security or by independent antiwestern regimes which would be able & might be willing to use the oil weapon against west before the war Iran, Iraq  the Gulf cooperation council and the USA jostled for influence over the Gulf. After the war the Persian gulf was an American lake (see Samuel P. Huntington the clash of civilization and The remaking of world order page 251-252 penguin books 1996)////////////////
                        Recently Iraq study group has published its report . It says, “Iraq has the world’s second largest known oil reserves. Iraq’s national oil industry will be opened and commercialised to foreign companies”. It spelled out recommendation no.63 which call on us to assist  Iraqui leader to reorganise the national oil industry as a commercial enterprise” and to “encourage investment in iraque’s oil sector by the international community &  by international energy companies”

                        As reporter Antonia Juhasz of above next point out, “the report makes visible to everyone the elephant in the room: that we are fighting killing & dying in a war for oil”

                        Now USA is moving toward post Gulf war phase. To understand her possessiveness about oil we must understand the role of oil in cold war. The soviet Russian Economy survived due to its cheap agriculture. She set up state industries by using prisoner as cheap labourer unfortunately. She has to import food, consumer goods & oil machinery in exchange of export of oil & gas. Realising sovient’s dependency an oil & gas, USA started to play the oil card in middle east. In 1980 USA managed to sink the oil prices which ultimately compelled U.S.S.R either to increase the production of oil or deduct the consumption of oil in own country. Unfortunately both these roads were jammed & U.S.S.R couldn’t manage self sufficienty of oil in her own region. So she went to import of food & consumer product to such an extent that the U.S.S.R economy literally trembled.  Garvochev tried to improve the production but production falling & U.S.S.R govt. Compelled to take away the subsidies from Russians which ultimately spread the discount & unrest among people & U.S.S.R collapsed. Just by managing the oil line USA defeated U.S.S.R. . Naturally for USA oil is the main weapon which lead them to victory over U.S.S.R so USA is obsessive about oil.
                        In cold war period as Samuel Huntington says, “the resurgence was stimulated and fuelled by oil boom of 1970s, which greatly increased the wealth and power of Muslim nations and enabled them to reverse the relations of domination that had existed with the west . The Saudi, Libyan & other governments used their oil riches to stimulate & finance the Muslim revival & Muslim wealth  led Muslims to swing from fascination with western culture to involvement in their own & willingness to assert the place & importance of Islam in non Islamic societies. Just western wealth had previously been seen as the evidence of superiority of western culture, oil wealth was seen as evidence of the superiority of Islam”

                        The major problem about oil wealth is its character. It’s the wealth of natural sources (srushtiya/kshetriya sources) in contrast to western wealth (which was pratisrushtiya production wealth). As a rule it intensified the kshetriya & kshatriya discourses instead of vishiyata. It wants reformation but not modernity home rule but not independence or freedom. It wasn’t used for freedom struggle, but for an uprising like 1857 against white burden under the leadership of Ayatulla khomeni.
                        Like India, Iran had three currents 1)Wishwiyata oriented- Mulla maulavism like Brahminism 2) Srushtiyata oriented- kshetriy  kings & kshatraps who wanted to overthrow the regime of mulla maulivis 3) pratisrushtiya oriented democratic but as I stated earlier USA like her Europeon sister was fracturised when it came to execute the europeon democratic paradigms in Non Europeon countries. She helped to overthrow the popular democratic government of Mohammad Mossadegh in  1953  & put back Shah, Mohammad Reza Pahlvi on his throne. Then, onwards, frequent anti-shah and anti American protest occurred in Tehram. On Feb.1979 an Islamic brahmanical current replaced the srushtiya oriented kshatriy current. It’s the reverse driving                                  modern democratic  to>kshetriya shaha to> Islamic Khammeni . USA was branded as ‘ Great Satan’. Islamic current welcomed it as the best proof of America’s attitude toward ‘Islam’. After some year present George W. Bush announced Iran as part of an ‘axis of evil’. In fact it was ‘an axis of oil’ which America wanted to say but her image repressed.
                        This axis of oil had four possible centres 1)Saudi Arabia : The mothertounge of Islam.
2)Iran: The great grandmothertoungue of Islam
3)Iraq: The Saddam Hussein who transform the toungue into sword
4)Pakistan : The only counter centre of western toungue which can prohibit the influence of Russian, China & India After 1857 Lord Cornew set up new system where divide and rule policy became fundamental weopen and he made all feudalistic  rulers biritish kingsize slaves.
USA is applying the same methodology using..same method in different contex & creating the impotent king and rulers who will listen her voice & remix it with Islamic sound system. Saudi Arabia was swallowed in coldwar period. Iraq in gulf was period  Pakistan in post gulf war period. Now the operation Iran is taking shape. If USA manage to swallow the Iran. She will be in full controll of an axis of oil. After that mission China will be imlemented.
Neohomerulism has probably realised unconsciously the axis of oil & it is constructing the real discourse of Jihad for all indigenous cultures. After 1857, as saleey in his book. "The Expansion of England" says by fragmenting the culture using divide and rule policy & managing artificial confrontations among casts British setteld in Hindustan. Indirectly post modernism is helping market to fragment the cultures & Islam now wants to create an alternative grand narrative to fight against USA. Both are using postmordenism consuming its utility position according to their moment to moment selfishness malling without any destination map. The modern jihad commenced in 1857 is now completing 150 years in march 2007. In 1857 it was great failure because it was fought without realising the importance of modernisation. It was reverse driving without destinationa map. If history repeats it will repeat in large scale. So it's not the END OF HISTORY, it's 'AND' IN GRANDHISTORY & both sides are bending it like Bekham/Zidan.
The hyperbody discourse is not body but Aharya (make up & other things) of body which dictates the terms of actions with its reduction/ addiction/ seduction capacities. Make up jewellaries costumesm, heels, boots, ornaments & other accessories play bigger role in this discourse. Either they maximize or minimize the body or ejaculate or dejaculate the pursuit of ectasy & pleasure. The question of Veil (Burqua) is thee hyperbodic metaphor whose origin is incised in Text without centre of fixed meaning projected many faces recently in Britain. Light (Al-Noor) 24:31 in KORAN is the centre of debate. I am not quoting it because every English translation is debatable issue.
Here also we can trace three discourses
1) First on is Wishwiya Brahmni Discourse which interprete this sura as "Surely, Allah is well aware of that which they (women) do, Direct the believing women to restrain their looks and to gurad their senses and not to disclose any part of their beauty or their adornment, save that is perforce apparent there of. They should draw their head conversings across their bosoms and shoud not disclose any part of their beauty or their adornment..........................."
(Woman In Islam, Muhammad Zafrullah Khan Page19 published by Islam International Publications Limited U.K.1988) Here Mulla Maulavi always says that veil is necessary.
2) Kshetriya universal discourse accepted the above interpretation but add that as India or U.K & other Unislamic Siyasat has their own law and as Muslim woman is the citizen of that country she can follow the norms of these contries.

3) Vishiya paraworldal discourse was limelighted when Dutch parliament banned the veil (Burqa) by voting. After that Jack Straw remarks that when he met his Muslim women constituents he oftern asked them to remove their veils so that he could have a real face to face interaction. If created controversy in UK. (See Times Of India 21-dated 7th oct 2006)

Salman rushdie the issue declaring it as ‘’veils suck’’ in an interview with BBC video 4s he backed jack straw.
                                       ‘’speaking as somebody with three sisters & a very largly female muslim family, there’s not a single woman I know in my family or among their friends who would have accepted waering the veil. I think the battle against  the veil has been a long & continuing battle against limitation of woman. So in that sense
I m the completely on (srraw’s) side. He was expressing an important opinion which is that veil suck , which they do  I think the veil is the way of taking power away from woman’’(see time of India pg-1 11th oct 2006 )’’

On 13th oct 2006 aishah azmi was told that she could wear the veil in corridors & the staff room at headfield church of the England junior school in Dewsbury but must remove it when teaching. She refused take off her veil. She was suspended
‘’(see times of India pg-21 14th oct 2006)’’children at the headfield church of England school had said they foud it difficult to understand her during lesion because they could not see her lips move. Alishah insisted  that veil is past of her cultural identify.

                                        Zeenat shaukat ali, an Islamic scolar says ‘’queen dosen’t ask muslim woman use the veil it want them to dress modesty & behave in a dignified manner’’.

 ‘’ burkha is  being perceived as a symbol  of the fundamentalist islam. If the west want debate on use of the veil , they they cannot do it by forcing muslim woman to abandon it.’’, said Islamic scolar asghan ali engineer .’’ the reform come from within the community.’’  ( time of India  16th oct 2006 )
                   
                                                  The fact is the sura allowed to be unveil in the front of children but aishah treated the whole issue as an issue of cultural identify. For AA engineer it is  perceived  as a ‘’symbol’’ we can sy that the veil her the become symbolic identify of culture of micro narrative against modern meganarrative of the west in U.K. the veil turn into hyper body discourage of   jihad which chalange the power of interference of west in the  Islamic culture.

                                                 Now let’s discuss the issue reported by jyoti Punwani in  times of India about  AL- JAMIATUL-FIKRIA Islamic English school located in the central Mumbai . Here hindu ( malti lad, prerna Krishna, nalini & others including christen one as staff) teacher appears in veil. It was not easy for any one them to accept the job which entailed shrouding themselves from head to toe  in black . They discussed it for hour at home & then accepted is an school uniform .’’ (times of india -21 , 1oct 2006)’’  
                                              When hindu teachers wear it as it’s a prerequisite condition of job ( i.e, market) management  accept wearing of veil expected  that the teachers.
Without any protest. But when muslim teachers is ordered to unveil herself as a prerequisite condition of job it became the question of cultural identify . It's an expression of inconsistence & dual nature of neohomerulsim. Where muslims are in monority , multiculturism suddenly emerges  as progressive thought but if muslim are in power , minority of  other cultures and religions  should not raise the question & work as muslim dictates the terms . Why it is so ? Probably  ‘’the fear to be modern ‘’ or ‘’ the feel to be powerful’’ or ‘’ the satisfaction to be honest with queen’’ or ‘’all of the three & more’’


                                                In both cases muslim are in minority . In U.K. the Indian Diaspora is the responsible for the problem  as the 60% children are either hindu or Pakistani or jack straw’s constituency has some day of minority which it  come to say.
Mossoud shadjaresh , chairman of the Islamic human rights commission said ,'' it was astonishing that  straw choose to selectivity discriminated on the basis of the religion ‘’.

                                                Hilima Hussein , from the civil liberties group the muslim public affairs committe rhetorically asked,'' Who is the jack straw comment on the negative symbol within the religion that is not his own ?’’(time of India 21- 7th oct 2006 ).

                                            In  Mumbai nobody protested as a majority is  working in the minority school . It probably indicates that  when you are in minority you become more sensitive about your hyperbody symbolic exchange . In Mumbai another reason  for nonprotest is an easily acceptance of market as market , job as a job . In India , compare to muslim ,  all non muslim teachers says,’’ it’s uniform’’ , uniform indicating modern uniformity.Does it mean that the market orientation is more helpful to culture to acknowledge multiculturalism? Or it is post-modern attitude of hindus that helps them to accept multiculturalism ?
Probably both reasons are valid.

                                                What about muslim…? Markets are secular but it seems that islam will not accept secular market so , they are fighting it.But what will they do after victory.? They have to set up market for themselves. Probably they will set up it but not outside the islam but inside islam.It will be Islamic market. The market with identity. The hyper-market-body.
     
                                                What’s the positions of ‘others’in this Islamic market ? As jyoti punwani writes about hindu  teachers in uislamic school ,'' None of them would dream of wearing burkha after school hours once they come outside the school . In school it’s a uniform , outside, it becomes badge of religion identity. Perhaps that’s why though the burkha are taken home to wash . they are not put out to dry.Neither neibours , nor relative outside theirs immolates  families known they wear it.(burkha).’’  ''I use to hang it (veil) out till a colleague told me not to '' say nalini’’.
                                               So the religious identify of islam which becomes uniform in Islamic school ( please note that  it's English school not aerobic or urdu.) market & once job is over , ''the veil''  becomes the problem in ethos of  majority’s & hindu teaches don’t dare to put veils out to dry  as  neighbours will recognize that they  wear ‘burkha’in their school.

                                              The market which demands the ‘’ others identity a donar who was  under the influence of  wishwiya religious discourse refused to make any further donation when he learns that the staff include hindus . But that has not shaken suhail sheikh ( the funder of school) as he belives to reward talent instead of faith . For him talent is more important qualification than faith.The only condition to talent of ‘others’ is to accept the Islamic body as it is.


                    The debate between market & neohomerulism is loosed upon the world experimenting with the internal migration & mixing of O.B.C. , B.C., & S.T. constructing   the pattern without centre of bhartiya Diaspora especially in  maharashtra . asam , delhi & Punjab. In world it is creating the Indian Diaspora especially in U.S.A , U.K. , CANADA & first time in history of India the home rule phase find the non-residential audience for it’s fast level addressing who listions it’s address , watches it movies & trying to cape up with the hyper real Indian roots. It’s the sideeffeut    of  chinhastushtiya yug / signoversal yug  in which everything can be programmed , or programmed to program . one day or another day this hall where I  m delivering this lecture which is now commodity bound to be programmed  & it’s every aspect ( i.e. chairs, doors, windows, walls, etc.)will be controlled by remote control. That day it will turn into seniority
  
                                                               This semioditification  is helping the diasporas & establishment of English( which was national margi languages in pratisrushtiya of commodification ) as global mergi language in it's true spirit. The bhartiya Diaspora has paved way for Hindustani as  4th meri language after Sanskrit , Persian & English . It was mainly designed by Bollywood     & telewood . Right now Sanskrit & Persian are dead in India & we are travelling with two mergis . This bilingual margiyata is structuring third mixes mergi, i.e. English so in fact we are travelling with three mergias. & this three =- TRI-LINGUAL mergiyta is bound to create many  linguistic problems . Language has  itself become semiodity and all languages are bound to  clash with each others in biosignoversal linguistic market & linguistic homerulism with linguistic jihad is the future clash of civilization.

                                                          The bio-signoversal / chinhasrushtiya yug is transforming all pratisrushtiya jeevanprabandhans into biosignoversal nets  & our lifestyle are turning into stylestatement . In this atmosphere we are the passing though the post post industrial ethos which has created new incounter with Euro-america. In pratisrushtiya yug the victory of british over us compelled as to rethink & now an advancement of globalisation is complelling us to rethink about everything & everybody.

                    It raises the following questions…


1] What part of Euroamerican paradigms should we put in our ethnicity & it’s Indian paradigm ?


2]What can we leave out & what can we carry  out with us in our existence which is euroamerican  ?

3]Should we be rather back to our pratisrushtiya jeevandhara or srushtiya gharmis or wishwiya darshnan ?

4]Can we conduct our own orchestra of paradigms &  use  European musicians only for special sound effect.?


All these questions constitutes many positions for discourse  & this position & positioning is part of discourse . Everything was solid in universal liquid in  srushtiya yug , gaseous  in paraworldal  yug. In bio-signoversal yug  everything is turning in spandious / bitious & the position  is not only positioning ‘solidity’ or ‘liquidity’ or gaseousity but also spandiousity/bitiousity  in which every individual & his individuality is biosignoversing into either bital cloud or amoeba. An intellectual can’t affort to be solid like rock or liquid like water in this yug. He is also like an bital amoeba or cloud settled in his own body which is travelling without knowing where he will rain his discourse .















Neo-residential global position:

The Indian diaspora created by Indians structured this position which accept the forefather ness  of Indian identify but not attached to Indian ness . the position is without pass port & identify card is lost in diaspora. Manoj night shyamlan & V.S. naipaul positioned this position in their discourses .  Manoj night shyamlan creates the film structuring American ethos addressing  the global audience of Hollywood without caring about Indianness .

Residential global position:

It was the immediate reaction to new arrival of post- industrialism from India. The position is resided in India but under the total influence of euro America paradigm photocopying discourses & applied it blindly to study the content & structure of Indian ness. I have already mentioned my poem wrote  in 1990 much before this import, ‘’titled’’ post-post-post.

The Eurocentric post modernity is now ruling in our cosmopolitan newspapers & discourses created by residential Indians who  are global with same shallowness which was prevailed in 19th century of Indian margi class. In marathi  gangadhar patil in his writing has this position especially in context of poststruculturilism . Pan Islamism is also another discourse produced by this position.



Non residential mergi position :

Marg means the path , the road, the highway. Mergi means one who / which is on the path / the road / the highway . Non-residential  means   who /  which is not resided in his own country .  N.R.I.’s  are non residential who are either in this position or in position of new residential global / deshi position . This position not only accepts the Indian identity but positively or negatively address to it in its discourse . The writing of salman rashdie  is the best of example of position . The postcolonialism is emerged from this position & trying to transform itself in N.R.I. global position…

Residential mergi position :

                                              This position is residential resided here but movable internally . It dosen’t think globally but nationally. It is becoming strong especially in cosmopolitan cities like , Mumbai, delhi , madras & Calcutta… It’s the creation of bhartiya diaspora. Indian cricket & it’s discourse are representative of this position . Indian constitution is the best example of this position…


Non residential deshi position :

                                                  This positin is very complicated , as generally , non residential can’t held deshi side. The discourse of '' Nation of Jews '' is typical example of this position which created Israel in 20th century . The position strives for deshi bodies but functions outside the dreambody or realbody as in case of tibetians who still dreams an independence of Tibet . Dalai lama is consistenly producing the discourse with this position . This position constantly fights against the margi. Like Tibetans who are fighting against china assumimg China’s discourse is formed from non-residential mergi position. China claims that she is in residential margi position…

Residential deshi position :

                                             This is the favourite position of all neohomerulist who are producing the numbers of discourse today today. Nativism, Islamism , palestinism , kashmiriyat, khalistani, tamilian in srilanka are producing discourses of this position…


Residential  poti ( subcultural)  position :
                                                               In the culture of diversity & multiculturalitry some parts are exploited by deshi or margi streams . These parts rebel against either margi or deshi  streams from this position & articulated the alternative poti discourse . When poti paradigm rebel against the margi  / deshi  paradigm  with the help of other margi / deshi paradigms they formulate the discourse from  this position for e.g dalits  are  exploited by brahmani margi & deshi paradigms  To encounter these discourse dalit formulated their discourses with the help of nonbrahmanical boudha deshi & western margi paradigms…

Residential jamti disourse position :

                                                           India & some other countries are still tribal. The adivasi, the bhatakya jati & jamati belongs to this position from which they oral their discourses…

Non residential foreigner’s position:

                                                           The position will once against become important as india is  becoming the leading market & outsiders from other countries now want to study her as a market or for marketing . It will be interesting to see whether in-asian paradigms will influence their own paradigms. When an outsider studies India without residing here for long period he has to stand in this position…


Residential  foreigner’s position:

                                                            Instead of acting like as an outsider when foreigner studies India residing here almost for life he shifts to this position automatically . It gives life deprisonment . Mark Tully is positioned in this position…

                                                        The  pratisrushtiya / paraworldal yug created indology. In chinhasrusgtiya / bio-signoversal yug we have to create continentology as special branch which will help to create continental identify . For asia we need to create asian identify. Last 15 years Europe is trying to create it’s own identify as a continent . Recently george soras write an article ‘europe’s global mission ' He says,' Europe is in search  of identify .  I believe it is easy to find : the European union embodies the principles of open society which could serve as a force for a global open society ’ europology is not yet established but one day it will be created EU & euro are initial steps towards it.

                                                                    For asialogy we have to internet all positions. Hindustani & hinglish have every potential to become one of the leading internatal continental margi language of asia  but we must remember that every continental  margi paradigm must be nourished by the deshi , poti, jamati substance. It is not easy to create asian values  . Dr. amartya sen has discussed the complexities & difficulties in an essay  titled ‘ our culture-their culture ’ (see the arguementive Indian amrtya sen penguin  books  pages (34-138) & pointed out that , ‘ in our heterogeneity & in  in our openness lies our pride not disgrace .’’ No doubt openers is necessary but we must be cautious about openness because many time our too much openness can open the door for our disgrace…

Let’s  have an example . We always welcome non residential mergi position with full openness but what happened ? Salman rushdie in an given to interview new Yorker says, ‘ writing in English is a stronger & more important body of work than most of what has been produced in the eighteen recognized languages of the country ’ My question is how much literature MR. Rushdie has read before this argument ? While editing an anthology of Indian writing ‘ the vintage book of Indian writing ’ he straightway ignored deshi ( regional) poti jamati literature as if only writing written in English is Indian & writing in other Indian language is not Indian . It’s clearcut an insult of 80 crore-95 crore Indian who don’t read English literature.We  have to criticize such arrogance & highclass attitude , as it brings disgrace to our people . How can we see this attitude ? Is Indian diaspora wanted to hijack India from outside the india ? Is this indian diaspora eurocentric & colonized or it is an opportunist sitting on compound manipulating the profits from both sides.? Are they using India as textual raw material to treat their postmodern or post colonlal semiotic factories as per demand of market ? or is it jihad on behalf of Indian diaspora & diasporic neohomerulism against Europe ? We have to wait for some years to get correct answers of above questions.




Globalisation and Posthomerulism are the special special process happening all over glob with market and culture as weopon in hand . Their interests are clashing to each other . Though they are fighting each other , both need nationility , emotionality , bodity and actionality of people for their survival  and discourse and for carrying their mission  and as I said earlier both are trying their best to preserve them .Nobody wants to die in this clash and both are killing each each other's real and symbolic biosignoversal bodies everywhere . Both call each other EVIL AND SAITAN .


Does it mean that both are helping each other to keep aliving each others identify ? In paraworldal  yug both (communism
 & capitalism ) ideologist were interdependent . are market & Posthomerulism are interdependent / bio-signoversal yug ?...


You may feel that I am reading too much between the line rather among the lines. My  point is, while absorbing the essence of western paradigm we must be aware like our forefather who set up their own orchestra of jeevandhara with enlightened vision delimitating ideologies of western culture. In the chinhasrushtiya yug  the contact west is unavoilabe but we must be careful & thoroughly aware above it. EUROPEAN paradigms provided us two important dimension first one is the open society & second one is pratyaksh praman especially in science & technology. Now it is time to use them against EUROPEAN. In Marathi there is a  proverb ''Guruchi vidya gurula falali '' It means the knowledge of guru is used by disciple against guru and by  this  wiered process it became fruitful. It's our responsibility now to use it without becoming  blind . For it We must put questions before European paradigms AND analyse & deconstruct every aspects of EUROPEAN paradigms thoroughly. It will not only enhance the richness of Indian paradigms but also help the world to enhance total richness  of it’s worldnetworks.As Gandhi used to say ''Satyagraha not only enrich the ethics and morality of satyagrahi  but also compel those who are in opposition to enhance their own spirituality.''
